Jackie Casey
Hi! I’m Jackie. Wine lover and entrepreneur. I brought Pinot’s Palette and the ‘paint and sip’ concept to Spokane back in 2014, opened our Coeur d’Alene Pinot’s studio in 2015, and have always had a dream of opening my very own wine bar.
After being a wine rep from 2010-2013 it is so fun for me to be on the other side of the coin, tasting and trying a wide range of beverages to bring in for you to try! We are always bringing in new products, so every time you come there will always be something new for you.
I’m a lover of trying a little bit of everything, which is why I am obsessed with the self-serve wine dispensers. Build your own flight or try a taste before committing to a full glass. It’s a big of a choose your own adventure activity — but with wine!
I’m passionate about making wine fun, easy, and approachable — we don’t take ourselves too seriously around here. We’d love for you to come check us out!

Ed spends his spare time with his wife and dog enjoying nature, boating, hiking, traveling, and watching sports.
Ashley
Ashley started her journey with Pinot’s Palette as an artist back in 2014. These days she enjoys slinging drinks at 1919 Wine Cellar instead of paint.
Wine has always been a passion for her since she grew up with family in the wine valleys of California and living here in the PNW. The complex beauty of both vineyards and wine have inspired her in many ways which drives her creativity forward.
Come see her on Saturdays where she may belt out a classic during karaoke night or on Sunday afternoons during all day happy hour.
